Are minors allowed to stay at the hotel?

Minors are allowed to stay at Best Louis Hamilton Hotel Ocean Terrace.
However, all minor guests must present the required documents at check-in, and co-ed stays are strictly prohibited. Only same-gender stays are permitted with the proper documentation.

※ If accompanied by an adult and the adult is a family member, a Family Relationship Certificate or proof of address on the ID is required.
※ If accompanied by an adult who is not a family member, all minors must submit the required documents.

For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed. We recommend using nearby veterinary clinics or pet hotels.

How can I retrieve items I left in the room?

According to our lost-and-found policy, items left in the room are retained as follows:
General items: 1 month
Food items: opened products – 1 day, unopened products – 3 days

If you wish to retrieve your lost items, please call the hotel with your name, check-out date, and room number. Items can then be collected in person or sent via courier (cash on delivery).
